Dr. María Barcena

Dr. Maria A Barcena is a board-certified Allergist and Immunologist with a passion for helping patients through personalized care. Born in Colombia, she completed her medical school training before moving to Cleveland, Ohio, where she specialized in Internal Medicine and later completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

After completing her fellowship, Dr. Barcena relocated to Miami, eager to serve the community alongside her family. A devoted wife and mother, she brings compassion and dedication to her practice. With years of experience in the Miami area and a deep commitment to her patients’
well-being.

Dr. Barcena is excited to open her new practice. She looks forward to providing
high-quality care and treatment in the field of Allergy and Immunology.

Dr. Rolando Nunez

Dr. Rolando Nunez grew up in Puerto Rico before moving to California at age 11. Though his early dreams of baseball stardom were dashed (he couldn’t hit a curveball), he quickly turned his focus to medicine. Dr Nunez attended the University of Illinois in Chicago and went on to complete a Pediatrics residency in Fresno. He then pursued a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at National Jewish Health in Denver, where he met his wife.

Over 10 years ago, Dr. Nunez moved to Miami and has since been practicing as an Allergist in
the area. He is now excited to start a new practice with his colleagues, dedicated to providing the absolute best care possible for his patients.

Dr. Grace T. Padron

Dr. Grace T. Padron is a board-certified allergist and immunologist who provides personalized, evidence-based care to children and families. A Miami native, she has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of food allergies.

Dr. Padron treats a wide range of allergic conditions, including food allergies, eczema, asthma, and nasal allergies. She has experience with food allergy management strategies and is committed to helping patients safely expand their diets while improving quality of life. She believes in partnering closely with families to create individualized care plans.

She earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College and completed her pediatric residency at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Padron completed her fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Duke University Medical Center. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
